The 1N4937GP is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by On Semiconductor (formerly Fairchild Semiconductor). It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 1A. The device is part of the 1N4933GP-1N4937GP family of glass passivated fast rectifiers.
