The 1N4937E-E3/54 is a fast switching plastic rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor. It is designed for high efficiency in fast switching applications such as power supply rectification, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diodes. The device has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average forward rectified current of 1A. It offers a fast reverse recovery time of 200 ns, low forward voltage drop of 1.2V at 1A, and low leakage current of 5 µA at 25°C. The diode can withstand a peak forward surge current of 30A.
