The 1N4934-E3/54 is a fast switching plastic rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for high efficiency in power supply, inverter, converter, and freewheeling diode applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 1.2V maximum at 1A, a fast reverse recovery time of 200 ns, and a peak forward surge current capability of 30A.
This diode is rated for an average rectified current of 1A and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V. It offers low leakage current of 5µA at 25°C and 100µA at 100°C, with a junction capacitance of 12pF at 4V. The operating junction temperature range spans from -50°C to 150°C.
Housed in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial through-hole package with matte tin plated leads, it is suitable for solder dip at 275°C max. 10s. The E3 suffix indicates RoHS-compliant commercial grade. The molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating.
