The 1N4933RLG is a fast recovery rectifier diode from On Semiconductor, designed for applications requiring high efficiency at frequencies up to 250 kHz. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 1A at 75°C with resistive load. The forward voltage is typically 1.05V and maximum 1.2V at 1A.
