The 1N4933G is a standard rectifier diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for general-purpose rectification and fast switching applications. The diode is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 1A.
The forward voltage drop is typically 1.2V at 1A forward current. Reverse leakage current is 5µA at rated reverse voltage. The reverse recovery time is 300ns, suitable for high-frequency rectification up to 250kHz. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The device is available in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial package, designed for through-hole mounting. The package is epoxy molded with solderable leads, and the cathode is indicated by a polarity band. The device is listed as lead-free and RoHS compliant, though verification is recommended.
