The 1N4933-T is a fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is rated for an average rectified current of 1 A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50 V. The forward voltage drop is 1.2 V at 1 A, and the reverse recovery time is 200 ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
