The 1N486B-T50A is a general purpose standard rectifier diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for through-hole mounting in a DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial leaded package. The device features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 250V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. The forward voltage is specified at 1V maximum when tested at 100mA. This diode is suitable for small signal applications where currents do not exceed 200mA, and it can operate at any switching speed within that range. The junction operating temperature is rated up to 175°C, allowing use in moderately high temperature environments. The DO-35 package is compact and widely used for axial-lead discrete semiconductors, making it easy to integrate into through-hole PCB designs or point-to-point wiring.
