The Thomson-CSF 1N4765A is a temperature compensated zener reference diode designed for applications requiring minimal voltage change over a broad temperature range. It provides a standard reference voltage of 9.1V with a tolerance of ±5% and features temperature coefficients as low as 0.0005%/°C.
This diode has a maximum DC power dissipation of 250mW at 25°C and an operating temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. It is housed in a hermetically sealed glass case with a DO-7 (DO-204AA) package and features flexible axial-leaded mounting terminals.
The 1N4765A series offers options for screening in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500 for JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS equivalents, as well as radiation-hardened devices. It is nonsensitive to ESD per MIL-STD-750 Method 1020.
