The 1N4756A-TAP is a silicon planar power Zener diode from Vishay Dale, designed for voltage stabilization and clipping circuits. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 47V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 1.3W (tp=10ms, leads at 4mm from case kept at ambient). The device offers a low forward voltage of 1.2V at 200mA and a maximum reverse leakage current of 5µA at 35.8V. The impedance at test current is 80Ω.
