The 1N4754A-TR is a 39V Zener diode from Vishay Dale, part of the 1N4728A to 1N4761A series of silicon planar power Zener diodes. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 39V with a tolerance of ±5%. The device can dissipate up to 1300 mW of power (with leads at 4 mm from case at ambient temperature, tp=10 ms).
