The 1N4751A-TR is a silicon planar power Zener diode from Vishay, designed for voltage stabilization and clipping circuits requiring high power rating. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 30V with ±5% tolerance and a power dissipation of 1.3W (valid when leads at 4mm from case are at ambient temperature, tp=10ms).
