The 1N4745A-TAP is a silicon planar power Zener diode designed for voltage stabilization and clipping circuits. It features a nominal Zener voltage of 16V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 1.3W.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.2V at 200mA, a maximum Zener impedance of 16Ω at 1kHz, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 5µA at 12.2V. The device is rated for a junction temperature up to 175°C and a storage temperature range of -65°C to +175°C.
