1N458ATR

The 1N458ATR is a standard recovery small signal diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for general purpose rectification and switching applications requiring a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 150V and an average rectified forward current of 500mA. The diode features a low forward voltage of 1V at 100mA and a breakdown voltage of 150V minimum at 100µA reverse current. Its reverse leakage current is typically 25nA at 125V and 5µA at 125V and 150°C junction temperature. The non-repetitive peak forward surge current is rated at 1A for 1s and 4A for 1µs, providing robustness for short-duration overcurrents. Power dissipation is 500mW, and the junction temperature can reach up to 175°C. The device is available in a DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting.
