The 1N457TR is a small signal diode from onsemi, designed for general purpose rectification and signal switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 70V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. Forward voltage is typically 1V at 20mA, and reverse leakage current is only 25nA at 60V.
