The 1N4447/TR is a general purpose switching diode from Microchip Technology, part of the 1N4446-1N4449 series of JEDEC registered switching/signal diodes. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and an average rectified current of 200mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
This diode is housed in a hermetically sealed DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial-lead glass package with through-hole mounting. It has a forward voltage of 1V at 20mA and can handle non-repetitive surge currents up to 500mA. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, with storage temperature up to 200°C.
