The 1N4151TAP is a small signal fast switching diode manufactured by Vishay Dale. It is designed for high-speed switching applications requiring low capacitance and fast recovery times.
With a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 75V and a reverse voltage rating of 50V, it can handle forward continuous current up to 300mA and average forward current of 150mA. The diode features a maximum forward voltage of 1V at 50mA and a reverse recovery time as low as 2ns under specific test conditions (IF=10mA, VR=6V, iR=0.1xIR, RL=100Ω) and 4ns maximum under standard conditions (IF=IR=10mA, iR=1mA).
The device has a low diode capacitance of 2pF at 0V, making it suitable for high-frequency applications.
