The 1N4148X-TP is a general purpose switching diode manufactured by Micro Commercial Co. It is designed for surface mount applications and is housed in a compact SOD-523 package. The diode is capable of handling up to 75V reverse voltage and 150mA average rectified current, with a forward continuous current rating of 300mA.
With a forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA, the diode offers low power dissipation of 200mW. It features a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. The junction capacitance is 2pF at 0V, further enhancing its switching performance. The device can operate over a wide temperature range from -65°C to +150°C.
This diode is RoHS compliant, halogen free, and lead free, meeting environmental standards. It is also rated MSL 1 for moisture sensitivity. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 8,000 pieces per reel, suitable for automated assembly processes.
