The 1N4148WSF-7 is a surface mount fast switching rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the industry-standard 1N4148 series. It is rated for 100V DC reverse voltage and 250mA average forward current, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications in compact designs.
Electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 1.25V maximum at 150mA (0.715V at 1mA), a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, a low capacitance of 1.5pF at 0V, and a low leakage current of 500nA at 80V. These parameters ensure efficient switching and minimal signal distortion.
The diode is housed in a small SOD-323F surface mount package (also known as SC-90) with a thermally efficient copper alloy leadframe.
