The 1N4148WL2-TP is a 150mA, 100V switching diode from Micro Commercial (MCC). It is designed for general purpose switching applications requiring low leakage current and fast switching speeds. The diode has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified output current of 150mA.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 1.25V at 100mA, reverse leakage current of 25nA at 25°C, and a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns. Junction capacitance is 1.5pF at 0V bias. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 4A for 1μs.
