The 1N4148-T50A is a small signal diode from onsemi, designed for general purpose switching applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 100V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. It has a forward voltage of 1V at 10mA and a low reverse leakage current of 0.025µA at 20V. The device is housed in a DO-204AH (DO-35) axial lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting. It is supplied in ammo pack packaging. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +175°C, and it can withstand non-repetitive peak forward surge current up to 1A for 1 second. This diode is commonly used in signal processing, protection circuits, and general rectification in low-power applications.
