The 1N4007GP-E3/54 is a glass passivated junction plastic rectifier diode from Vishay Dale. It is designed for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and freewheeling diode applications. Key electrical specifications include a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V, average rectified current of 1A, forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A, and reverse leakage current of 5µA. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A for 8.3ms. It features a standard recovery time greater than 500ns.
