The 1N4007G is a standard recovery rectifier diode from onsemi, part of the 1N4001-1N4007 family. It is designed for general-purpose low-power applications requiring rectification of AC to DC. The device features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified current of 1A.
This rectifier is housed in an axial lead plastic case (DO-204AL, DO-41) and is through-hole mountable. It has a forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A and a non-repetitive peak surge current rating of 30A.
