The 1N4007 is a general-purpose standard recovery rectifier diode from Rectron Semiconductor. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 1A. The forward voltage drop is 1V at 1A, and the device offers a standard recovery speed greater than 500ns at 200mA. Typical junction capacitance is 15pF at 4V and 1MHz.
The device is designed for through-hole mounting in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial package.
