The 1N4005G is a general-purpose standard recovery rectifier diode designed for low-power applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 1A. The forward voltage is 1V at 1A, and the device can handle a peak surge current of 30A.
This diode uses standard silicon technology and is suitable for applications requiring standard recovery speeds greater than 500ns. It is packaged in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial-lead case with molded epoxy body and cathode band polarity indicator.
The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is available in tape and reel packaging (5000 per reel) by adding an RL suffix to the part number.
The maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) is 600V.
The average rectified forward current (Io) is 1A.
The forward voltage (Vf) is 1V at a forward current of 1A.
The 1N4005G is available in a DO-204AL (DO-41) axial-lead through-hole package.
The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
