The 1N4004-TP is a general-purpose standard recovery rectifier diode designed for 400V peak repetitive reverse voltage and 1A average forward current. It features a low forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A and a typical reverse recovery time of 2µs. The device is housed in a DO-41 (DO-204AL) axial lead package, suitable for through-hole mounting. With an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, it is suitable for a variety of power supply and rectification applications. The diode is RoHS compliant and has a lead-free finish.
