The TE Connectivity 1969823-1 is a 1 position female receptacle housing from the Positive Lock Mark II series. This housing is designed for use with 0.250" (6.35mm) quick disconnect and flag terminals. It features a free hanging (in-line) mounting style, making it suitable for wire-to-wire or wire-to-tab connections where a secure, removable termination is required.
The housing is molded from high-temperature LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) material in black color, rated for continuous operation up to 240°C. It meets UL 94 V-0 flammability requirements and passes Glow Wire testing, ensuring reliability in high-temperature or fault-prone environments. The housing also serves as a removal tool for the Positive Lock receptacle, which requires deflection of an integral repressor for tab release.
