The Harting 19396060548 is a heavy duty connector hood from the Han HP Direct B series. It features a side entry design with a single M40 cable entry. The housing is made of aluminum die-cast with a powder-coated finish in gray (RAL 7037).
This hood provides screw locking with a tightening torque of 4 Nm and the locking elements are made of stainless steel. The seal is NBR and the unit is rated for ingress protection IP66, IP68, and IP69K, making it suitable for demanding environments.
Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. The hood is compliant with RoHS, REACH, ELV, China RoHS, and California Proposition 65 (contains nickel and naphthalene). It also meets fire protection requirements for railway vehicles per EN 45545-2 hazard levels R1 and R7.
