The 183NQ100 is a Schottky rectifier module designed for high-power applications. It features a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and an average forward current of 180A at 50% duty cycle. The module utilizes Schottky barrier technology for low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 0.95V at 180A and 25°C, and 0.75V at 180A and 125°C.
This rectifier is suitable for switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection. It can operate at high frequencies and has a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. The device is encapsulated in high-purity epoxy for mechanical strength and moisture resistance.
