The 1825SC223KAT1A is a high voltage multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 0.022 µF with a rated voltage of 1500V (1.5 kV) and a tolerance of ±10%. The capacitor uses X7R dielectric, providing a temperature coefficient that ensures stable performance over an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
