The Kyocera AVX 1825JA221KAT1A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 220 pF and a rated voltage of 4000V (4kV). It features a C0G/NP0 dielectric, which offers excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The capacitor is housed in an 1825 (4564 Metric) package with dimensions 4.50mm x 6.40mm and a maximum thickness of 2.20mm.
