The Heyco RDD Lockit RDD 201-90 is a right angle strain relief bushing designed to protect flexible power cords from push, pull, and twist forces. Its right angle design eases the cable into the bend, preventing kinking and extending cable and product life. The bushing is made of black polyamide (PA66) Nylon 6/6 with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating and operates over a temperature range of -18°C to 105°C. It installs with fingertip pressure into a standard round or Double D mounting hole, eliminating the need for tools. The Double D design prevents part rotation under twist forces, and multiple panel locking steps secure the bushing into panel thicknesses from 0.032 in to 0.099 in. The mounting hole diameter is 0.875 in with 0.770 in flats, and it accommodates cable diameters from 0.290 in to 0.385 in.
