The Kyocera AVX 1812PC334MAT1A is a multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC) designed for telecom and modem applications, specifically as a Tip & Ring or ring detector capacitor. It blocks -48V DC telephone line voltage while passing subscriber AC signal pulses (16 to 25Hz, 70 to 90Vrms).
