The Kyocera AVX 1812GC122MAT1A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) designed for general purpose high-voltage applications. It features a capacitance of 1200 pF with a ±20% tolerance, rated at 2000V (2kV) DC. The X7R dielectric provides a stable capacitance over a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with a temperature coefficient of ±15% typical.
This capacitor is housed in a standard 1812 (4532 Metric) package with dimensions of 4.60mm x 3.20mm and a maximum thickness of 1.80mm. It is suitable for surface mount assembly and is compatible with reflow soldering processes.
