This is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 0.015 µF, rated voltage of 200V, and X7R temperature coefficient. The X7R dielectric offers stable capacitance over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with ±15% change.
