The Kyocera AVX 1808AA152JAT1A is a high voltage multilayer ceramic chip capacitor (MLCC) designed for applications requiring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range. It offers a capacitance of 1500 pF with a rated voltage of 1000V (1kV) and a tight tolerance of ±5%.
The capacitor uses C0G (NP0) dielectric, which provides excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. This makes it suitable for timing, coupling, and snubber circuits in high frequency power converters and SMPS.
The component is housed in an 1808 (4520 Metric) surface mount package measuring 4.60mm x 2.00mm with a maximum thickness of 1.45mm. It is designed for surface mount assembly and is RoHS3 compliant.
