Kyocera AVX 1808AA101JAT1A is a high voltage multilayer ceramic chip capacitor designed for 600V to 5000V applications. It offers 100 pF capacitance with ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 1000V (1kV). The dielectric is C0G (NP0) providing stable temperature characteristics with minimal capacitance change over the operating range of -55°C to 125°C. This capacitor is intended for use in snubber circuits in high frequency power converters, resonators in switch mode power supplies, and high voltage coupling or DC blocking applications.
