The 172-E25-203R001 is a 25-position D-Sub receptacle connector featuring female socket contacts. It is designed for panel mount installation with an unthreaded flange and uses solder cup termination for wire connections. The insulator is made of glass-filled nylon thermoplastic rated UL94 V-0, providing high flame resistance. Contacts are gold-plated brass with a gold flash finish, ensuring reliable signal transmission. The shell is nickel-plated steel for durability. Electrical ratings include a current rating of 5A, working voltage of 250VAC, insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms minimum, and contact resistance of 15 mOhms maximum.
