The Molex 1718133003 is a 3-position, single-row vertical header from the KK 396 Reflow Process Compatible (RPC) connector system. It features a 3.96mm pitch and a friction lock mechanism to ensure secure mating with standard KK receptacles. The header is shrouded on one side and supports board-to-board or cable-to-board applications. The high-temperature nylon housing withstands lead-free soldering processes up to +260°C. Contacts are made of brass with a matte-tin over nickel plating (1.52µm) to inhibit tin whiskering. The through-hole mounting with solder termination provides reliable mechanical and electrical connections. Electrical ratings are 13.0A per circuit and 600V per circuit. The header is available in tape and reel or bag packaging and is compatible with pick-and-place caps for automated assembly.
