The NorComp 171-025-213R001 is a 25-position D-Sub receptacle connector designed for reliable signal interconnection in industrial and commercial applications. It features female sockets with gold flash contact finish, ensuring low contact resistance (15 mOhms max) and corrosion resistance. The connector is rated for 5A current and 500VAC dielectric strength, with insulation resistance of 1000 MOhms minimum.
The insulator is molded from PA6T thermoplastic with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, capable of withstanding process temperatures up to 260°C. The shell is nickel-plated steel, providing EMI shielding and durability. Mounting is panel mount with through-hole solder termination, and the flange feature is housing/shell unthreaded.
