16R900GF is a radial leaded PolySwitch PTC resettable fuse from Littelfuse, part of the 16R Series. It is designed for overcurrent protection in a variety of electronic applications, particularly USB and general electronics. The device has a hold current of 9 A and a trip current of 15.3 A at 20°C still air. It can withstand a maximum voltage of 16 Vdc and a maximum fault current of 100 A. The typical power dissipation in the tripped state is 3.3 W. The initial resistance (R min) is 4.7 mΩ, and the post-trip resistance (R1 max) is 13.5 mΩ. The time to trip at 45 A is 5.5 seconds.
