The Heyco 1611 is an Original Strain Relief Bushing designed to anchor, insulate, and protect cables at panel entry points. It is molded from Nylon 6/6 with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating and operates over a temperature range of -18°C to 105°C.
This bushing fits a 0.750" (19.0mm) mounting hole and accommodates panel thicknesses up to 0.125" (3.18mm). It is intended for use with SJT and SJTO cables in sizes 14/3 and 18/2. The black nylon construction provides reliable mechanical protection against pull, push, twist, and flex forces.
The part is recognized under UL File E15331 and certified by CSA File 8919. It is RoHS3 compliant and has a flammability rating of UL94 V-2. The bushing mounts into a panel cutout and secures the cable without the need for additional hardware.
