16.000KHZ

The Matel 16.000KHZ is a high-power IGBT module control driver board that functions as the DC to AC conversion stage of an inverter. It converts high-voltage DC power into a 220V AC output, suitable for various machine applications including welding machines and air conditioners.

Key electrical specifications include an operating voltage range of 12-30V and a carrier frequency of 16kHz. The control board features a dead time of 2µs, adaptable to different IGBT module sizes, and supports 50Hz/60Hz switching. It incorporates the HCPL-316 drive protection circuit, offering VCE saturation voltage drop detection, under-voltage lockout, soft shutdown, and isolation fault feedback.

The voltage regulation employs a sine peak voltage regulation with a double closed-loop control mode, utilizing both voltage instantaneous value feedback and RMS feedback for stable output and excellent dynamic performance. It also includes a constant output current adjustable mode for load startup, ensuring the output current reaches maximum during electrical startup before reducing voltage to normal levels.

This driver board is designed for pure full high frequency inverter conversion and realizes single-phase high-power inverter output. The output voltage, current, and power can be adjusted from zero. It offers constant voltage and constant current output, comparable to power frequency machines when starting inductive loads, and supports soft start for motors. The output waveform is a pure sine wave in constant current output mode. External display and adjustment of voltage, current, and power are supported, along with a switch control output function.
