The 15KPA60A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 60V, a breakdown voltage of 66.75V, and a clamping voltage of 97.4V.
