The 15KPA33A is a 15kW unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse in the 15KPA series. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 33V and a clamping voltage of 54.7V, with a peak pulse current handling capability of 276.1A under a 10/1000μs waveform. The device offers fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage minimum.
Designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events, the 15KPA33A employs a glass passivated chip junction in a P600 axial leaded package.
