The 15KPA220CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse's 15KPA series. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 220V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 356V. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 15kW (10/1000μs waveform) and a peak pulse current of 42.4A, it provides robust transient voltage suppression.
Additional electrical characteristics include a fast response time of less than 1ps, typical reverse leakage current under 2μA, and a peak forward surge current of 400A (8.3ms, unidirectional only).
