The 15KPA20CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 20V and a clamping voltage of 34.3V at a peak pulse current of 440.2A. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 15kW (10/1000μs waveform), this device offers robust protection for I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer applications.
The diode is housed in a P600 axial leaded package with through-hole mounting and matte tin lead-free plated terminations.
