The 15KPA18 is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 18V and a clamping voltage of 32.45V, with a peak pulse current capability of 488.7A. This TVS diode utilizes a glass passivated chip junction in a P600 axial package for through-hole mounting. It offers fast response time (typically less than 1ps) and excellent clamping capability. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
