The 15KPA150A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 150V and a clamping voltage of 241.9V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 62.4A for a 10/1000 µs waveform and offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 15kW.
