The 15CTQ045 is a Schottky rectifier array featuring a common cathode configuration with two diodes in a single TO-220-3 package. It is designed for high-efficiency rectification in power supply circuits. The device offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and an average rectified forward current of 7.5A per leg (15A total per device).
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage drop of 0.51V typical at 7.5A per leg (25°C) and 0.63V typical at 15A total, enabling reduced power dissipation. The fast recovery speed (<500ns) supports high-frequency switching operations.
