The Keystone Electronics 1593-3 is a double turret terminal designed for through hole mounting with a staking flare termination. The terminal is constructed from brass per ASTM-B16 and features a bright electro-tin finish per MIL-T-10727 Type 1, providing excellent solderability and extended shelf life.
This terminal has a length of 3.96mm (0.156") and a flange diameter of 2.39mm (0.094"). The mounting hole diameter is 1.70mm (0.067") and it is designed for a board thickness of 0.093" (2.36mm). The staking side outer diameter is 1.57mm (0.062").
Double turret terminals are used in a variety of interconnection applications where a reliable, solderable connection point is required. The non-insulated design allows for direct contact. The staking flare termination provides a secure mechanical attachment to the printed circuit board.
